Delete your account
How to remove your Mariana's Room account and its online save.
This page is for Mariana's Room, a game by Mariana's Room Games. An account exists only if you chose to sign in with Google inside the game. If you never signed in, there is no account and nothing to delete.
Delete it in the game
- Open Mariana's Room and tap the menu button on the home screen.
- Tap Cloud save.
- Tap Delete account, then Yes, delete my account. Google may ask you to confirm it is you.
The deletion happens straight away.

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@marianasroom.app from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, using the subject "Delete my account". We will reply to confirm the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Your online save: level, coins, stars, lives, boosters, room, album, daily puzzles and record of purchases | Deleted |
| Progress on your own device | Stays on the device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. We cannot see it. |
| Usage data and crash reports | These are not linked to your account. They are kept for up to 14 months and 90 days and then removed automatically; see privacy requests to have them removed sooner. |
| Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store | Held by the store under its own policy, not by us. |
Copies in Google's backups are removed within 180 days of deletion.
